Why we’re needed
The Rural Broadband Foundation is a nonprofit organization. This means we are not pushing one solution to the problem. We quickly realized that bringing high speed internet to rural areas would require a coordination of resources from internet service providers, electrical equipment manufacturers, rural electric coops, education centers, local, state, and federal governments.
